What we collect

• Profile data you provide: your first name, and your child's first name, birthday, interests, and bedtime — used solely to personalize stories, coaching, and reminders.
• Content: generated stories and your coach conversation, stored so the service works across sessions.
• Usage & marketing analytics: app events (e.g. app opened, a story was created, a subscription started), tied to a per-install identifier, used to improve the app and to measure which marketing channels (for example, ad campaigns) led to an install or a subscription. See "Marketing measurement" below.
• Subscription status: received from Apple/RevenueCat to unlock premium features. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

• We do not show advertising inside the app, and we do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers.
• No account, email, or password is required to use the app.
• The app is directed at parents, not children; children are not asked for any information.
• Optional child photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Marketing measurement

We use AdPilot, our own analytics service, to understand which of our ad campaigns (for example, on TikTok) led to someone installing the app or subscribing. This works by sending app events — app opened, a story created, a subscription started — tagged with a per-install identifier and basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, country, language). No child data, story content, or coach conversation is included in these events. Where an install can be matched to an ad click, we combine that event data with information from the ad platform (such as TikTok) about ad spend and campaigns, so we know which campaigns are worth continuing — we do not use this to show you ads inside the app or to build an advertising profile of you. Where this requires your permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we will ask for it; you can review or change your answer anytime in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

AI processing

To generate stories, coaching, and illustrations, the relevant inputs (e.g. your child's first name, age, and interests, or your coach question) are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. We send only what's needed for the feature to work.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Cloudflare (database and media storage), our analytics provider AdPilot, and on your device (encrypted at rest with iOS file protection). Sessions use signed tokens kept in the iOS Keychain. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

Your controls

• Export: Settings → Export my data gives you everything we hold.
• Delete: Settings → Reset app data permanently deletes your data from the device and our servers.
• Tracking permission: change your answer anytime in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
